The instrument was custom built By Andy Allan of The Maton Guitar company for Jimmy Page in 1996 and was presented to the artist during his Page and Plant Australian Tour

History

This guitar was built by Andy Allen as part of a special commission for Jimmy Page during the Page & Plant Australian Tour in 1996. It was presented to Page personally during a media event in Melbourne and was part of Page's personal guitar collection until it was later returned to the Maton Guitar Company.
